6.1 Products ordered from this website can be delivered to Hong Kong and Macau. If you need more information about the various delivery options provided by HKG BEAUTY, please refer to our "Shipping Methods."

6.2 Depending on the availability of the products you ordered, HKG BEAUTY will make every effort to deliver the products listed in your order within the estimated delivery time shown when you select a delivery method.

6.3 However, you may occasionally experience delivery delays in some cases, such as when HKG BEAUTY receives a large number of orders during sales periods, holidays, or unforeseen incidents. Please note that in any case, our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

6.4 The risk of damage or loss of the product begins to be your responsibility once the product is delivered to you.

6.5 Although the product has been delivered and the risk of the product or any other terms in this agreement has transferred to you, ownership of the product will not transfer to you until HKG BEAUTY has received full payment. Until the ownership of the product transfers to you (and while the product still exists), HKG BEAUTY has the right to demand that you return the product to HKG BEAUTY at any time. If you fail to comply with this provision, HKG BEAUTY reserves the right to take legal action against you regarding the delivery of the product and retains the right to seek damages and all other costs related to the recovery of the product.

7.1 All returns must be made in accordance with the instructions on our "Refund Policy" page.

7.2 Any return must meet the conditions listed on our "Refund Policy" page. For products that meet our specified return conditions, you may choose to exchange the product or receive a refund in the form of a voucher.

7.3 HKG BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return and order cancellation requests and has the right to terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or after-use returns.

7.4 HKG BEAUTY reserves the right to change our return policy and/or refuse any exchange requests for any reason without notice. In case of any disputes, HKG BEAUTY reserves the final decision.
