Delivery Process

1. Order Processing and Allocation: Once payment (in HKD) is completed and verified, your order will be processed by our HKG BEAUTY warehouse system, awaiting product allocation. The processing time for each order varies and depends on the stock status displayed on the product page. If you order items with different stock statuses, the longest processing time will be considered as standard, and we will process and ship your order together.

   You can refer to the following stock statuses to estimate processing times:

   • In Stock: Typically shipped within 48 hours.

   • Limited Stock: Typically shipped within 48 hours, but quantities are limited.

2. Order Packaging: Once we have prepared all the ordered products, the HKG BEAUTY team will begin packaging the items to dispatch your order from our warehouse as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Orders: Once we send the items you ordered to the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Delivery time is generally 7 working days, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

   Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Delivery times may be longer due to holidays and extreme weather conditions.
