退款規條
在以下情況下本公司hkegrocery可以接受顧客退款要求:
(1). 顧客收到本公司的貨品後,若發覺有所訂的貨品有遺漏或破損,需在貨件簽收後 48小時 內連同要求退款的貨品的照片通過本公司電郵 hkegrocerycs@gmail.com 或 WhatsApp 852 6941 7648 通知本公司,本公司會在 7 個工作天內完成處理並通知客人處理結果。

(2).當本公司hkegrocery接到顧客的訂單後,若發現其中個別貨品因生產商停產或物流供應問題而缺貨而未能提供給客人,本公司hkegrocery會在發貨前會通知客人並退回該貨品貨款給客人。
(3).貨品因本公司hkegrocery發錯貨,並不是客人訂單的貨品,本公司hkegrocery便會退回該件錯誤貨品的貨款給客人,但不會有額外賠償。
(4).若客人收到貨品時發現有破損,請在48小時內拍照並通過本公司電郵 hkegrocerycs@gmail.com 或 WhatsApp 852 6941 7648 通知本公司,提出退款要求,本公司hkegrocery會按損壞情況及以下狀況處理.
(A). 若因當地海關清關檢查時需要拆開包裝檢查,但貨品本身沒有損壞,本公司並不會作出任何賠償.
(B). 若貨品因本公司包裝處理不當又或物流公司運送時失誤而引至貨件損壞,本公司會按損壞情況退款,最高為該損壞貨品全數.,但不會有額外賠償.
(C). 過期食品: 若客人收到食品貨品時發覺"最佳食用日期" 不足 15天, 本公司hkegrocery便會退回該貨品的貨款給客人.
** 但因個別食品的 " 生產日期至最佳食用日期 "距離不足 21天, 本公司hkegrocery在接到客人訂單時會在發貨前通知客人是否接受.,若客人不接受,便退回該件貨品貨款給客人。
(5).若該訂單的包裏因"物流快遞公司"出錯而導至客人包裹遺失未有送達給客人,本公司hkegrocery會全數退款給客人,但不會有額外賠償。
(6). 退款安排:若顧客用信用卡付款本公司hkegrocery便透過信用卡退回貨款給客人,同時本公司hkegrocery 只退款給該訂單付款人,並不接受退款給第三者,而用其他支付方式付款,本公司hkegrocery會與客人商討退款方式安排。
(7). 本公司hkegrocery只接受每件貨品只能申請要求退款一次。
(8). 本公司hkegrocery不接受己使用或部份使用貨品,又或己食用或部份食用的貨品的退款要求。
(9). 本公司hkegrocery 保留權利,拒絕無理的退款要求,如有任何爭議,本公司hkegrocery 保留最終決定權。

本公司hkegrocery 只是一間網上購物平台,並不是貨品的生產商或代理商,若客人因貨品的包裝,顏色, 香味,尺寸,重量或味道有改變而要求更換貨品或退款,本公司hkegrocery並不會負責或發貨前通知客。
Our company hkegrocery can accept customers' refund requests under the following circumstances::
(1).If customers find that the ordered goods are missing or damaged after receiving the goods from our company, they must notify our company within 48 hours after signing for the goods together with photos of the goods for which a refund is requested via our email hkegrocerycs@gmail.com or WhatsApp 852 6941 7648. Our company will complete the processing within 7 working days and notify the customer of the processing results.
The refund procedures and process are as follows:
** Provide your order number.
** Provide photos of the product and packaging.
** Courier's logistics tracking number..
** Date of receipt.
** Provide a reason for return.
(2).When our company hkegrocery receives an order from a customer, if we find that some of the products are out of stock due to the manufacturer's suspension of production or logistics supply problems and cannot be provided to the customer, our company hkegrocery will notify the customer before shipment and refund the payment for the product to the customer.
(3).If the goods are not the purchase ordered by the customer because our company hkegrocery sent the wrong goods, our company hkegrocery will return the payment for the wrong goods to the customer, but there will be no additional compensation.
(4).If the customer finds that the goods are damaged when they are received, please take a photo within 48 hours and notify our company via our email hkegrocerycs@gmail.com or WhatsApp 852 6941 7648 to request a refund. Our company hkegrocery will handle it according to the damage and the following conditions.
(A).If the local customs clearance inspection requires open the package and inspection, but the goods themselves are not damaged, Our company hkegrocery will not make any compensation.
(B).If the goods are damaged due to improper packaging by our company hkegrpcery or errors by the logistics company during delivery, our company will refund according to the damage, up to the full amount of the damaged goods. However, there will be no additional compensation.
(C).Expired food: If the customer receives the food and finds that the "best before" date is less than 15 days, our company hkegrocery will refund the payment of the product to the customer. Our company hkegrocery will not make any compensation.
** However, because the distance between the "production date and the best before date" of some foods is less than 21 days, our company hkegrocery will notify the customer whether to accept the order before shipment when receiving the customer's order. If the customer does not accept, the payment for the item will be refund to the customer.
(5).If the package of the order is lost due to the mistakes of the "logistics courier company" and is not delivered to the customer, our company hkegrocery will refund the customer in full amount, but there will be no additional compensation.
(6).Refund arrangements: If the customer pays by credit card, our company hkegrocery will refund the payment to the customer through the credit card. At the same time, our company hkegrocery will only refund the order to the payer and will not accept refunds to third parties. If the customer pays by other payment methods, our company hkegrocery will discuss the refund arrangement with the customer.
(7).Our company, hkegrocery, only accepts one refund request for each item.
(8). Our company hkegrocery does not accept refund requests for used or partially used products, or eaten or partially eaten food.
(9). Our company hkegrocery reserves the right to reject unreasonable refund requests. In case of any disputes, our company hkegrocery reserves the right to make the final decision.
