Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited available quantities, we currently only process returns/exchanges for store credit for items that are received damaged.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

hker.shop Returns address shown on the packing slip.

We only accept inquiries for items purchased from hker.shop online store.

Items must be unused, in their original condition with tags attached.

  

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
